After acquiring teams in the Ultimate Kho Kho League and Pro Kabaddi League, Adani Sportsline has taken the Gujarat Giants sporting franchise into the cricketing realm. Gujarat Giants will now be part of the upcoming Legends League Cricket T20 2022, a tournament that will make a number of cricketing fans nostalgic because of the nature of players involved.

Gujarat Giants have drafted a squad of 19 players. Former Indian opening batter Virender Sehwag will be leading the team for this season under the watchful eyes of Head Coach Venkatesh Prasad and assistant coach Mithun Manhas. Sehwag will be joined by fellow colossus Chris Gayle at the top of the order, thereby forming the most destructive opening duo of the tournament.
