Gujarat Giants will lock horns against a struggling Telugu Titans side in their eighth match of the Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) Season 9 at the Shree Shivchhatrapati Sports Complex in Pune on Saturday, October 29, 2022.

On the other hand, it has been an underwhelming campaign for Telugu Titans, who have lost six games out of the seven played, with the solitary win coming against Patna Pirates in their third match.
The Titans started the season with a couple of losses before bagging their first win of the season against Patna Pirates by 30-21.
Since then, the Jagadeesh Kumble-coached side has lost four matches on the trot by considerable margins to find themselves glued at the bottom of the points table.
Raider Siddharth Desai has arguably been the lone warrior for his team, accumulating 35 raid points in seven encounters this season at an average of five.
Telugu Titans vs Gujarat Giants head-to-head
Since making their debut in 2017, Gujarat Giants have faced Telugu Titans on six occasions, with the Giants emerging victorious on five instances and Titans winning one clash.
Gujarat won both the league phase fixtures last season by score lines of 40-22 and 34-32.
The dominant head-to-head record coupled with their better form this season puts Gujarat Giants in the driver's seat to win this contest as well and improve their points tally in their quest to qualify for the knockouts.
