The PKL auction for Season 11 is just around the corner, and we have exciting news to share about our player retention. Gujarat Giants are proud to announce that we have retained five players ahead of the auction: Parteek Dahiya, Rakesh Sungroya, Nitin Jaglan, Jitender Yadav, and Balaji D. Parteek Dahiya and Rakesh have been retained as young players ahead of season 11. These players made a significant impact in Season 10, and we are thrilled to have them with us as we begin our journey to glory in Season 11.

Parteek Dahiya was one of our standout performers last season. He scored 25 points in a single game against the Bengal Warriors, showcasing his exceptional skills. He continued his impressive form contributing 12 raid points in the second game against the Bengal Warriors. He continued his red-hot form throughout the season, claiming 141 points in 20 games, including 9 Super Raids and 6 Super 10s. Parteek was a key player for us, and we are hopeful he will continue to excel in the upcoming season.

Rakesh Sungroya also shone brightly in Season 10. He demonstrated his capabilities and played splendidly. Coming off a 140-point season in the 8th edition & 140 points in Season 9, he continued his impressive performance with 108 raid points in Season 10, just behind Parteek’s 130 raid points. Rakesh’s consistency and skill make him a valuable player for our team, and we are excited to see what he will achieve in Season 11.

Nitin Jaglan made his debut for us in Season 10, playing 9 matches. Despite the limited opportunities, he impressed us with his abilities, earning 19 points, including 1 Super Raid. Nitin has shown great potential, and we are eager to see him develop further in the upcoming season.

Jitender Yadav is a newcomer to the PKL circuit, but his dedication and passion for the game were evident in Season 10. Although he played only four games and earned a total of five points, we believe in his ability to deliver on the big stage. His commitment and potential are why we have retained him for Season 11.

Balaji D was another player who impressed us last season with his defensive strength. He earned 16 tackle points in 19 matches, proving to be a reliable defender. We hope to see him continue his strong performances in the upcoming season, solidifying our defense.

As the PKL auction approaches, we are focused on building a squad capable of winning the trophy. We are confident that we will be able to acquire strong players in the auction, adding to the solid foundation we already have with our retained players. The Gujarat Giants are ready for the challenge, and we look forward to a successful Season 11.
