The Pro Kabaddi League is back with its 11th season, and the excitement is building. The new season is set to kick off on October 18, 2024. The opening phase of the tournament will take place at the Gachibowli Indoor Stadium in Hyderabad. After that, the action will move to the Noida Indoor Stadium in Noida, and finally, the last phase will be held at the Balewadi Badminton Stadium in Pune. This season marks the return of the Pro Kabaddi League to the three-city Caravan format.

Anupam Goswami, the League Commissioner, expressed his excitement about the upcoming season. He said, "We are thrilled to announce the start date and venues for PKL Season 11. After successfully completing 10 seasons, Season 11 will mark a new milestone in the continued rise of the league. This will further strengthen the growth of Kabaddi in India and around the world."

As of now, only the start date of the tournament has been announced. The full schedule, including the dates and venues for the playoffs, will be revealed later. Meanwhile, the Gujarat Giants have already begun their preparations for the season. Our players have gathered in Delhi and are training hard to ensure a successful tournament.

Looking back at the tenth season of the Pro Kabaddi League, Puneri Paltan emerged as the champions, defeating the Haryana Steelers 28-25 in the final. The Gujarat Giants had a decent run, winning 13 out of the 22 matches we played in the league stage. We made it to the playoffs, where we faced the Haryana Steelers. Although we lost that match, we were proud of the efforts put in by our team.

The auction for PKL Season 11 was held on August 15th and 16th, 2024. We made some key additions to our squad, including Neeraj Kumar, Guman Singh, Himanshu Singh, Vahid RezaEimehr, and we also bought back Sombir and Mohammad Nabibakhsh. Before the auction, we retained our star players Parteek Dahiya, Nitin, Rakesh Sungroya, Jitender Yadav, and Balaji D.

With the strong squad we have assembled, we are confident of putting on a great show in Season 11, starting on October 18th. We can't wait to see our fans cheering us on as we aim for glory in the upcoming season.
